In light of recent government restrictions and advice, we wanted to let our customers know that Smart Gas Ltd is still operating and servicing our clients’ needs. At least for the time being.
However we are constantly monitoring the developments and news announcements surrounding the spread of the Covid-19 virus. To ensure maximum safety for all concerned please note that before we can attend a property all customers will be asked to confirm answers to the following:
- Has anyone in the property travelled overseas in the past 8 weeks?
- Do you have any symptoms of Covid-19 (no matter how mild)?
- Have you been in contact with anyone with the symptoms of Covid-19?
- Have you been advised by a healthcare professional (or NHS 111) to self-isolate?
We are sure you will appreciate that should the answer to any of these questions be in the affirmative then we could not enter the property to deal with your heating/plumbing problem.
However assuming all is well and you aren’t or haven’t experienced the above scenarios then we will be able to undertake work in your property. We will be using hand sanitiser before and after entering, and we will keep a minimum distance of 2 metres between ourselves and any occupier whilst on site.
